About Me

Hasit Vibhakar is currently CEO of his Family Office.  He stands out among executive leaders for possessing not just depth of knowledge but decades of real-world, hands-on experience founding innovative engineering companies.  He holds several patents in techno casting and techno forging and fastening technologies. 

In his 25 years as a CEO, Hasit Vibhakar skillfully navigated large-scale P&L responsibility as he built four impressive private and publicly traded companies. He founded a Semiconductor Manufacturing company in 2002 and took the company public on the US Stock Exchange.  The company market cap at its peak was recorded at $250 million USD.  After the successful exit, Hasit Vibhakar founded an Electronics Component Manufacturing Company in 2008.  He successfully completed a transaction with a strategic buyer to sell the company and fully exit.  Hasit Vibhakar went on to start a publishing company Microcap Review which was acquired by a publishing company in 2011.  In 2012 he founded an Aerospace supplier and manufacturer of Structural Aircraft Products.  The company completed a transaction with a private equity firm to sell the majority of the company at a valuation north of $18 M USD.  His growth-centered partnership with several lower middle market private equity firms enabled him to expand platform companies through the acquisition of 6 businesses. During that time, he also facilitated many successful exits.

Hasit Vibhakar founded GI, a leading manufacturer of precision aerospace components in 2018.  He executed 6 acquisitions as President & CEO. He is currently Founder, President & CEO of GI.

My Journey

I began my career with a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing, which shaped the way I approach business today. By combining technical expertise with strategic thinking, I have been able to identify opportunities in complex industries and turn them into profitable ventures.

From launching companies to taking them public on exchanges such as OTC Markets, TSX Venture, and the Canadian Securities Exchange, my focus has always been on disciplined growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
